1. SMS messaging program
Our messaging program is designed to ensure optimal customer support and to respond to service-related inquiries. Depending on the consent you give, the program includes:
- Service updates and appointment confirmations: training access details, reminders and appointment confirmations.
- Responses to service inquiries: direct replies to questions you send us.
- Marketing promotions: special offers, discounts and service updates, sent only if you gave separate marketing consent.
You opt in by entering your mobile number on our registration form and checking one or both consent boxes. The boxes are never pre-checked, and opting in is not required to register.
2. Opting out and getting help
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to +1 (831) 220-1209. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance.
3. Message frequency, rates and carrier liability
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our service.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Age requirement
By using this service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18 years old, you may not use or access our services or opt into our messaging program.
